So as everyone and their mama knows, I Love to EAT. BUT of course I know that with that eating I need to be very aware of what exactly it is I am putting into my body.
As a Seventh-Day Adventist a part of our Health Message is Vegetarianism. I am not a Vegetarian. I know it’s the healthiest way to go but you know…that chicken and Five Guys calls my name! But I digress….
So in a quest to be more health/food conscious I have decided to purposefully make at least 1 day a week a “Meatless ____day”. Not necessarily the same day each week but at least one day other than Sabbath I will go the entire day without consuming meat, fish, or poultry.
And I’m starting today! Each Meatless Day I’ll share a picture of my lunch and/or dinner. Whatever I don’t take a pic of…well you’ll just have to take my word for it lol.
